Delivery costs are not included in the sales price of the products. These fees are determined at the end of the order process based on the customer's choice of how the order will be received. throughout the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, only orders in excess of a minimum amount of 80 euros are exempt from delivery fees. Pick-up by appointment is always possible with prior request 24hours. Our goods are delivered to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg within 48/72 hours following your order, according to our stock.

For delivery City center (Luxembourg Ville), any order less than €45 is not accepted. For zones south, east, west, orders under €60 euros are not accepted. For zones north, orders of less than €80 are not accepted. The Company reserves the right to contact the customer in the case of a large order in order to verify the accuracy of the order.

Abroad: Out of Luxembourg we will accept orders only for non-perishable products such as: wines, canned goods, olive oils, vinegars, etc.

Price: On the prices listed of the products are displayed in euros (€), are VAT included and correspond to the prices in effect on the day of the site's consultation, we cannot be held responsible for a display error.

Customer: Any order made by a customer on site automatically results in acceptance on his part of these General Terms of Sale. No order can be sent without the customer having first accepted the General Terms of Sale by checking the box provided for this purpose. The customer has the functionality to change or not to send his order at all times. These General Terms of Sale will prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.

Anyone who wishing to make purchases through the Site must first identify themselves and register as a customer by filling out an electronic form provided on the Site allowing the creation of a customer account. Among the information to be provided by the Customer on this form are the name, date of birth, telephone number, email address and a postal address for delivery and billing in the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and abroad countries as request order.

The customer must also determine a username and password. The password is strictly confidential. Any loss or forgetfulness of the password should be immediately reported to the Company. In case of forgetting or losing the password customer has a function on the Site allowing him to find or change it. The Customer is solely responsible for his username and password. The Company cannot be held liable in the event of malicious/dishonest loss or use by a third party of the Customer's username or password.

The Customer must complete the required information fields sincerely and exhaustively. The Customer's refusal to complete all the required information fields is tantamount to a refusal to register as a Client on the Site.

Customers can change their password at any time and request the deletion of their user account with the Company at any time by sending an email to the info@unabellagourmet.com The Customer keeps his data up to date himself. He can access the data about him at any time, correct it or request that it be deleted, which will then be considered a request to delete his customer account.

The Company verifies the accuracy of the information provided by the Customer at the time of registration. It reserves the right to request additional data and information (including the identity and age of the Customer) even at the time of ordering.

It still reserves the right to refuse the creation or maintenance of a client account if the registration appears to be questionable, in the event of a previous dispute with the person concerned, or for any other legitimate reason.

The username and password allow the Customer to identify themselves when an order is placed and any order made with this data is presumed to be made by the Customer personally. The username and password are worth as an electronic signature when the customer confirms the order.

Product: All products are presented with their name, brand, content and quantity. Product photos are simply indicative as product presentation can sometimes be changed without notice from manufacturers. Photos, images and other illustrations of the products do not fall within the scope of the contract. Therefore, the Company will not be liable for this matter.

The products presented on the site are generally available. However, a product may not be able to be delivered. This missing product will then be deducted from the order and will not be charged. In this case, a briefing note will appear on the delivery note. However, we do our best to ensure that the majority of products are always available.

It is important to know that simply adding a product to the basket is not worth validating the order because the product may become unavailable between the time the order is added to the basket and the customer sends the order definitively.
